The Last Castle - great movie with Robert Redford. He plays an Army general convicted of subordination and sent to a military prison, where he re-instills the military discipline that has escaped those dishonorably discharged. I recommend this.

very good movie, doesn’t it also have the father from the Sopranos?

Okay, not a movie, but a show: Battlestar Galactica

It got great reviews on Netflix, but I am to episode 3 and am really not that impressed yet. Anyone else seen this series? Does it get better?

Dragonball: Evolution - average at best, pathetic for people who actually followed the manga or anime versions. The story line was convoluted and the script was aimed at pre-teens. Even my love for Jamie Chung could not save this movie for me.

Yes, James Gandolfini is the bad guy in this, he is very good.

I also wasn’t impressed with BG the first season, but for some reason I kept watching wanting to see how it ends. It does get better, allthough it has some of the most annoying characters. I still think it’s a tad overrated, though.

Not in my opinion. I never could understand why people liked this. To me it was boring and not very original…unless you call making up cuss words original.

Dagflabit.

I couldn’t get into the new version, it was too slow for me. I have the full season of the original series on DVD, and you just can’t compete with words like feldercarb.

Jaws - I had never seen this before but had seen enough cuts of it growing up in other forms of media to always feel I never needed to. I thought this was a horror movie. That was how everyone always made it sound…like they never went into the water again after seeing it.

This was classic Spielberg and just short of a documentary.

I feel like I was sob lied to!

Wait, what?!! You’ve never seen jaws until now. There’s like 3 more sequels after the original. One in 3D!

It came about before I was born and I never saw the actual movie until now. Are the sequels worth it?

They blew the fucker up at the end so how are there sequels with the same shark? He has a big family?

I saw all these movies as a kid, so I loved them. Jaws is the best, but they get progressively worst.

Jaws- Kick ass
Jaws 2- Another shark, dumb ass kids taking boats out into the Ocean, and no Black Causalities. Watch it.
Jaw 3- Sea World has captured a few big Sharks and they attack Sea World. Deep Blue Sea stole from this movie. You’ll notice it. Watch it, but be drunk or have time to burn.
Jaws 4- Mario Van Peebles as a Jamaican and Alfred from the Dark Knights flies a chopper. DO NOT WATCH. Unless you have time to burn.

ShawShank Redemption… That has to be my favorite movie of all time. Tim Robbins acting and Morgan Freeman’s narration was just amazing.

When “Red” gets out and is walking up under the tree, makes me get a lump in my throat with the Orchestra and him heading on to Saywatonao

Jaws came out before you were born? Didn’t it come out in the late 70s? Anyways, Jaws 1 and 2 were both good movies.

I think Jaws 3 had to be the worst, you can see how fake the shark looks at some points.

True, but a shark attacking Seaworld seemed like a bad ass idea to me as a kid. And Jaws 3D had Dennis Quad. General Fucking Hawk!

IMDB listed it at 1975.

I watched “Let the Right One In” last night. Great foreign movie. It was one of those films that kind of enchants you and keeps you thinking about it, good times.
