Monday, squat day - deload week.
Did a pretty decent warmup, some boxing, shoulder dislocations, BW squats with broom overhead, light kettlebell work, rope skipping. Worked up a decent sweat, nothing heart thumping.
Squat, 3x5 - 30kg, 35kg, 42.5kg - I hate squatting low weights. I feel that I am totally out of balance every repetition.
Squat, 5x10 - 2x35kg, 2x30kg, 25kg
RDL, 3x10 - 30kg, 40kg, 50kg
Nothing much to say about this, deload is deload I guess.
Friday, deadlift day.
What a week. Deload week and so much work on the house and buying a new kitchen has had me nice and worked out anyway
Missed Wednesdays bench workout, got it back on Thursday. Boring and easy weights, still hurt my right shoulder though. Will try more shoulder (p)rehab the coming weeks.
Deadlift, 3x5 - 40kg, 50kg, 60kg. Deload is deload.
Since I’m a moron, I did some squatting. First 5 sets of 5 front squats at light weights, then some heavier back squats to check my knee issue.
2x70kg went up very, very easy. 1x80kg pretty easy too, would hurt at 5 reps I believe. Decided to stop it there because its a god damn deload week and I’m supposed to rest.
