You have to pin if you want to look like you lift, so no sense working out until the pharma is in place.
I always appreciate the comedy of dudes who canāt even keep a diet or training program solid for 2 weeks that hop on gear thinking itās going to solve their problems.
You skip a workout or cheat on your diet and you just get small and doughy. You screw up your drug protocol and you get horrific, sometimes irreversible side-effects.
But clearly the issue was just the absence of gear.

Like usual Emily is nitpicking things I said. You can definitely achieve a lot in your newbie gains phase, and with proper training and diet a solid 10 year turn is also possible.
What I was referencing in that other thread were the majority of guys at the gym that donāt change. I just threw a number out there saying 90% or whatever at commercial gyms never change, and the ones that you notice are usually those guys that go unchanged most of the time, and then suddenly have a 3 month transformation.
I do believe that unless you are genetically gifted you are capped pretty low, most people are at least. Yeah, you can get really lean but unless you have those genetics youāll never look like what you think youāll look like going natural for 10+ years.
Based off how much biology and chemistry you apparently need to understand, Iād go out on a limb and say itās all for nerds.
