Molyneux on Incels

@twojarslave

Regarding your post yesterday, yes, I do think some men aren’t adept at picking up cues of interest by women. Sorry for the delay.

Yes, one of the effects of polygamy or rich and high status men hogging up many women, is marginalized men causing mayhem. Enforced monogamy was used to prevent this, if i have it correct.

“Actually, parents who are genetically DISSIMILAR make smarter children. Mixing races is advantageous on all fronts.”

Just scanning the thread, and not wishing to derail much, but I have never heard this before and would be keen on reading your references, if you have any.

You make 2 very significant statements here.

I never bothered to really dig into his statement but a simple search brings up 1 guardian article that talks about 1 recent research on the subject.

It also doesn’t state whether mixing one stupid person with a smart person results in anything, it just states that distant genes could result in a cognitive advantage.

I can’t stand when people try and talk from a place of authority on this subject because even the best researchers in the field don’t know much about what is actually going on to make any definitive answer. It’s really annoying to debate this on a forum.

Having gone through the thread now, these two claims are by far the weakest posited by anyone on either side of this debate:

  • parents who are genetically DISSIMILAR make smarter children.
  • Mixing races is advantageous on all fronts.

I’d be surprised at anyone producing even anecdotal evidence of this.

  1. If this were the case, then for evolutionary reasons alone, this would have happened for many thousands of years, and it clearly hasn’t.
  2. Where are all the examples of race mixing resulting in huge advances in any area of academics, business, sports? There are absolutely none.

An utterly laughable pair of claims.

Thanks, I’ll read them. I appreciate the links.

@TheCB

told you, the guardian.

You found what I was talking about. Your only source has been a Wikipedia link. I’m trying to be civil.

If IQ is highly heritable and we’re choosing favorable genes out of a gene pool, is it crazy to imagine we might benefit from a wider gene pool?

Obama definitely doesn’t exist.

The difference is that when I speak I make it a point to say “a simple search” or “look at this wiki link”

When you do it your tone is of someone that has done deep substantial research from within search engines in a University Platform looking up journals that are usually exclusive or behind a paywall, which isn’t the case.

I did pay, for many articles, because I am often worried that what I’m reading is manipulated bullshit. Of course, I could be paying for manipulated bullshit - who knows?

What evidence is there that Obama has an out of this world intelligence level?

From what I can tell, he is an intelligent man, with charisma and charm, who has benefitted from blacks voting en masse (ie in a purely racist manner) for him.

I’ve seen nothing to suggest he has ever shown something far and away in advance of a non mixed highly intelligent individual.

Or has he?

And dude - equel had WAY more abstract statistics with less links than me. Again, I could be wrong, but be fair.

Funny you bring up Obama.

Have you read Michelle’s book? There’s a part in there where she talks about how she always dreamed of being a pediatrician but when she got to Princeton she was overwhelmed by how hard it was.

It is a small part in the book, but this is something that happens A LOT in those cases. Needless to say she ended up in the humanities.

I’m just saying, “race mixing in any situation” could describe the first mixed president, no? Not being a sarcastic dick, I’m serious. That’s an advancement.

Thomas Sowell (a mixed race to be fair) makes many similar points about bright blacks put in far too difficult academic scenarios and failing as a result of social engineering.

Wasn’t talking about Michelle and haven’t read her book.

I’m afraid you could make the argument that Obama benefitted from:

  • white genes bringing his intelligence up.
  • reaching such a position due to the latent racism of the black electorate (ie solely voting for him due to his race).

It would seem that both these points negate your overall argument?
