I have a lot of them on my back. Probably 5 larger like dime sized ones and several (10-15) smaller ones. I was always self conscious about them. I have had 3 larger ones removed, and yes, the scarring is pretty bad. Actually, the scars I have right now are at least 13 years old and still stand out pretty bad.
I dunno. I’d prefer not to have them, but I think the only way to get rid of them for good is laser surgery, which wouldn’t be worth it either.
My daughter has the exact same mole Spock. When she was a baby and we changed her diaper we thought it was poop. After scrubbing her cheek raw we realized it was a mole.
I told my wife, “The first question I am going to ask every boy that dates her have you seen her mole.” If they answer, Yes, then I beat their ass. If they say no, then I will say you won’t until you are married, if you live that long. All of this while cleaning my shot gun.
Umm, I’m gonna go ahead and suggest lopping it off.
No, I would not like it. One bit. While in a vacuum it’s not something I would consider to be a deal-breaker, I’d most certainly classify it as “something I tolerate (i.e., repress any knowledge of)” and would thoroughly expect it to manifest as yet another reason to break up if the relationship starts going south.
And it’s certainly not an endearing imperfection that would make me love someone more for being “more real” – that’s what catching your SO farting in their sleep, waking up with eye boogers or shitting all over the bed after anal is for.
I’ve seen a TON of moles I’ve considered off-putting (and not a single one I’ve considered “attractive”… but I’ve never seen a scar that grossed me out.
If you hate it and it makes you self-conscious, get rid of it and rock the scar like a champ.
Yeah, you don’t notice the scar on Drew Bree’s face nearly as much as you used to notice that giant ass mole or birthmark or whatever it was that he had removed.

Finally, an honest answer.
If you’re asking the question, then you’re already self-conscious about it, so just get the damn thing removed.
Oh and if you really don’t like it, just get a cool tattoo around it/over it/ amongst it. You’ll be just fine. I’ve never kicked anyone out of bed for a mole. I don’t think a guy would either.

OMG PEOPLE?!?! Can they tattoo OVER a mole??!
I COULD GET THE RHCP SYMBOL OVER IT

I’m not sure if they can tattoo through it…depends on how 3D it is. but they can certainly camouflage it!

I was always wondering what happened to his face.

Pretty sure that is his birthmark. Never had it removed.

Maybe, but in anticipation of your future thread, no, I do not consider women who get tattoos on their ass to be relationship material… unless I’m thinking of the wrong thread, in which case my answer changes to yes, there ARE cheaper and less painful ways to look like a porn star with daddy issues.
At that point, your best bet is just covering yourself in quarter-sized dots and no, it’s not a mole, but a freckle, silly.

I thought about getting it removed before out of fear of cancer but I have a lot of moles and I don’t know where’d I stop. Oh Anonym, I guess we can never be
That said, I work with a woman who has a big distracting one on her chin and that has to go! I don’t understand why she doesn’t. It’s so hard to not look at it. She is youngish and single and looking fro a man too. That’s different than on your ass though. IMO.
