And for the Eagles you obviously didn’t see the game. Fucking crazy ass penalties that a blind man could see and none of them were called against the Raiders, fuck that noise.

And both sides of your line was playing like ass I really don’t know why… They were running all over us and McNabb got sacked 6 times, somethings fishy around here…

Edit: McNabb holding his knees when he hurt his ribs, getting sacked 6 times and never showed any real signs of discomfort, idk I think somethings up with the Eagles.

Talking Eagles in a baseball thread is a major violation, dude.

Yeah I know, and I do apologize. I just got carried away when I saw that statement about the Eagles. =/

I use to play baseball, but I never liked watching it. The only way I can watch it is if the Yankees are playing; otherwise, I don’t give a shit.
All sports are boring to watch in my opinion.
Yanks over Phils in 7. Its going to be magical.

Not so fast! Angels looking good last night. This shit ain’t over baby!

Did the Angels look good? Did they really?

Baserunning mistake by Abreu.

Strand bases loaded no out.

I haven’t seen the Angels play this bad in years.

The only people who looked good were Kendrick, who destroys the Yanks hitting .400 for the season and Mathis who took the two luckiest swings of his career.

They won. If they won playing poorly imagine if they played well??? I didn’t get to give it my undivided attention…[/quote]

Yep winning is the bottom line, no doubt about that. The Yankees haven’t played particularly welll either. They aren’t hitting with runners on but are lucky enough to have the potency to overcome that on nights the bullpen is managed properly. Timely hitting and pitchers getting strikeouts are the two most important things in the playoffs. One of the reasons why CC was signed.

Just another perk…

Hell yah! Haters will always hate though, so its okay.

But everyone and there mother will be at cottman and frankford tomorrow when we win game 5.

Last year it popped there when we won the ws. Never seen so many boobies in public before =]

Tim McClellan has effectively ruined his career in about 2 hours.

What the fuck was that call?!!??? Posada and Cano were both out by a mile! The umpires have been terrible this post season. Every time an ump fucks up an obvious call they should be fined $10,000. That would learn 'em. Angels are pushing back now, but it’s a long way to go.
Someone needs to bean one off that lard ass’s head.

You’ll still see him 20 years from now…

Can’t deny that. They’ve been solid this post season. So far it been all NY in the AL, so the Phillies better keep it up.

I’m happy he’s the crew chief. I’ll be watching the post game to hear his explanation.

the only thing i can hold my head up on is knowing that the yankees are responsible for the worst collapse in sports history… and most of these yankee’s were on the 2004 team… we got our asses kicked today!!!

FUCK JOE BUCK AND TIM MCCARVER!!! FUCK FOX!! FUCKING BIAS MOTHER FUCKERS!!! FOR A MOMENT I THOUGH I WATCHING THE GAME ON THE YES NETWORK… IM SHOCKED THEY DIDN’T SAY AT THE END… THE YANKEES WIN!! THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YANKESSSSSS WIN!!!

LOL Wut?

Joe Buck is well known as one of the biggest yankee haters in broadcasting. It’s a toss up between him and Kruk. McCarver is just senile but has actually kept the tarded comments to a minimum so far, which is nice.

If you listen to Joe Buck you’ll hear the little jabs at the Yankees. He’s a die hard cardinal fan that has no love for the yanks whatsoever.

There have been some horrendous calls this postseason.

They add 2 umps down the lines to call fair, foul and homerun balls and they can’t even get those right. This ball bounces 6 inches on the fair side of the chalk.

At least the strike zones have been consistent this postseason because they’re blowing just about every call in the field.

Well I only know what I hear and what I hear in the NY media. Sports radio gets on Buck for it so I know I’m not the ONLY one.

Joe Buck is a douche no matter what team he roots for. Like Bone said, he is a Cardinal fan though because i remember then talking about it at the all star game.

The umps were straight out of ‘amateur hour’ last night (NYY/LAA).

Ok, maybe he’s turned more as of late away from the Yankees. But seriously, the previous years when the Yankees were on their runs in the playoffs, all I can remember is how much of a hard-on Buck would get when talking about the Yankees. Every phrase out of his mouth would be talking about the Yankees like they were the only team on the field…regardless of who was playing them.

I haven’t been watching/listening to the Yanks/Angels series that much for obvious reasons, so I haven’t heard first hand much of how he is this year…but in the past, I just couldn’t stand Buck’s favoritism towards the Yanks. But what do I know…
