Thank god you changed your avatar.

And none of you Philly people seem to understand that the only way to beat the yankees is the shut them down after the 7th inning. I’d love to see the Phillies play the Yankees, if they make it of course. Girardi is doing his best to lose a game with his fucktard managing.

damn it!!! they just caught bobby abreu out after him hitting an easy lead off double!!! idiot!!! The angels will lose this game.
I was wrong…
If the angels can somehow beat c.c sabathia, I think we can take the series.
…
Congrats philly on your dramatic win… I wouldn’t want to be a dodger fan right now.
lets get back to baseball bonez…stop talking about how u dig the guido guy in my avatar. phils 3-1 about to end the series, yankees just lost…i hope you guys make it to the ws though so we can beat that ass like we did in interleague play.
Last night was, without a doubt, the best Phils game I’ve ever gone to. The last game of the year in 07 when we clinched the division for the first time in 14 years was nice, but last night was definitely better.

I use to play baseball, but I never liked watching it. The only way I can watch it is if the Yankees are playing; otherwise, I don’t give a shit.
All sports are boring to watch in my opinion.
Yanks over Phils in 7. Its going to be magical.
Not so fast! Angels looking good last night. This shit ain’t over baby!

Did the Angels look good? Did they really?
Baserunning mistake by Abreu.
Strand bases loaded no out.
I haven’t seen the Angels play this bad in years.
The only people who looked good were Kendrick, who destroys the Yanks hitting .400 for the season and Mathis who took the two luckiest swings of his career.

I agree with you but it doesn’t matter. If the Angel beat c.c today, It’s over!! thats their top man and game 5 will be in anaheim… with lacky pitching. Who ever wins today will win the series

I cannot believe I’m about to say this:
I like Girardi, he seems like a no bullshit type of guy, and I like that. I’ve never met him though, so I could be wrong.
If he played for any team other than the Yankees, Jeter would be my favorite ball player of all time.
This one makes me vomit in my mouth but:
I’m happy for A-rod. After all the off the field bullshit, I’m happy he is hitting when it counts and is gonna get a ring.
shudder
As far as the Yankees I hate the name on the front of the jersey, not the back. I respect the players, how can you not?..I hate the Steinbrenners, I hate them for treating the rest of the MLB as their minor league system, I hate their sense of entitlement, etc.
I like Jeter, Swisher, Godzilla, Rivera, Teixera etc. I think they are awesome. I’ll take them dudes on the Braves any day.

They won. If they won playing poorly imagine if they played well??? I didn’t get to give it my undivided attention…
And for the Eagles you obviously didn’t see the game. Fucking crazy ass penalties that a blind man could see and none of them were called against the Raiders, fuck that noise.
And both sides of your line was playing like ass I really don’t know why… They were running all over us and McNabb got sacked 6 times, somethings fishy around here…
Edit: McNabb holding his knees when he hurt his ribs, getting sacked 6 times and never showed any real signs of discomfort, idk I think somethings up with the Eagles.

Talking Eagles in a baseball thread is a major violation, dude.

As a Red Sox fan, I’m extremely proud of my above statement.
That was a huge step for me. I should be able to actually act like a adult about baseball in a few years. Baby steps man, baby steps.
