Didnt bring chalk today, could brought that 385 set to at least 10, but I was losing grip by the 4th rep. 7 on a 3+ set is enough anyways. First time doing SLDL, I really feel em in my hamstrings, but Im not getting anything in the glutes, not sure if that is important. Kinda skimped the rest of my assistance work, there was a bunch of old ladies milling about the entire gym taking up space and just generally irritating me.

100 each cable pec flies and cable tricep pull downs

280x11 was an unexpected one, didnt have a spot and 275x10 last week was kinda a grinder. 315x1 to see if I could try something heavy-ish, and I did with 350, which was smooth. After that, I lost speed quickly on bands.

Well, I wont be updating this log anymore. I was diagnosed with acute appendicitus on wednesday, had surgery immediately. No lifting for at least 4 weeks, more likely 6 . I’ll probly jut start up a fresh log when I resume.

That sucks, heal up fast dude.
