Itā€™s kind of confusing but hereā€™s what I do:

2ml bac water into 5000ui of hCG
This means every 10units on the syringe is 250iu of hcg.
Draw 20 units into syringe for a 500iu dose.

My dosage is 20units = 500 iu of HCG every 3 1/2 days

I use a insulin pin and inject sub Q in belly fat area.

Water? NO!

Must be BA water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol to prevent bacterial growth.
