I doubt it. Never used E2 injection on a man, however. There is some thought that the oral estradiol is more cardioprotective than transdermal, but that was with women. I’m not aware of comparisons with injection though.
Some women prefer injection because it is only twice a week and they add it to the testosterone they are already using.
Started E2 valerate 2 mg yesterday. Having headache all day with some heartburn . Any chance if I am overdosing ?
Maybe. We use that dose for women.
So how much dose would you suggest for estradiol valerate tablet ?
I am on 200 mg test e a week with 500iu hcg EOD . Despite that, my estradiol is slightly below normal .
Depending on the individual, I usually start (men) at 0.5-1mg. Probably 1mg for you. You could stay with the 2mg and give yourself a chance to adjust to it. I don’t have a whole lot of experience with giving E2 to men. Some, but they just do not need it.

Docs in my country are alien to concept of HRT. So I have to take matters in my own hand .
I was 5 days on 2 mg E2 valerate . Reduced it to 1 mg today after your advice.
