very f*cking interesting. Choccy milk is cheaper than Gatorade too… what i add in extra fat i can cut out elsewhere.

I think the carbs:protein ratio is also important. It was an interesting study; just wish the article I read about it was longer…

i think just buying simple carbs & natural flavoure whey in bulk & mixing your own is the way to go…
back to milk though…
