Might've Missed One SERM dose

Hey guys. I am on hcg therapy. I inject twice a week and take serms (raloxifene) every day.
just did an injection and I am sitting here a couple minutes later and have no idea if I took my serm or not. I am drawing a blank.

Should I take another one and risk taking two or should I not take one and risk taking zero for the day?

You need to get a pill box with days label on it, that way if you miss a dosage and see the pill still in the container, you’ll know for certain you didn’t it.

Ya. I am on vacation and just took the pill bottle. Your right tho.

I am on vacation and my routine is all out of wack.

I am suppose to take a dose of hcg today and for the life of me I can’t remember if I took my serm this morning.

How bad is it to miss a day? Should I just wait until tomorrow to inject so I can make sure I’ve had my serm?

Most of us never take them.

Why, exactly, would you be taking both at the same time anyway?

Serms and hcg?

It’s pretty common to take blockers or modulators when u raise test.

I’m guessing that he is taking Clomiphene citrate (Clomid). It would be pointless to introduce a modulator meant to increase LH production and thereby increase test production, if you are in fact injecting a synthetic LH mimic at the same time. It is essentially a waste of one of the two products,

I inject hcg twice a week. And I take a serm every day. It’s raloxifene.

I’ve been told mostly it’s to stop gyno.

I don’t take clomid because it isn’t covered under my medical but ralox is

Yes it is when your clinic cares more about selling you drugs then your well being. Absent preexisting conditions or symptoms neither is the best course of action.

I don’t know if it’s harmful or not, but I’ve seen various sources recommend against taking both together. I believe Defy is one of them, and I do feel they know what they’re doing - even if they’re for-profit.

Can you link? I’ve been on hcg and seem for almost a year now. Get blood every 3 months and now every 6 months everything as far as that goes seems fine.

I have a good relationship with my doctor and I’d like to pass on some of this info to him.

I have a friend who did the same protocol as me but he was told by friends he didn’t need the serm. So he didn’t take them and his low test symptoms (no boner etc…) got worse.
