I keep seeing people being effected by lethargy and now found someone with elevated BP. Eventhou both are possible side effects. Has anyone stacked 4-AD (transdermal) for lethargy and Hawthorne berry extract for BP levels? What about B-12 for appetite problems?

I’d go with clomid.

About a month ago I did a cycle with m-1-t. I did a double does of MAG-10 for a three weeks with, 10mg of m-1-t on the second week and 20mg of m-1-t on the third. I split up the MAG-10, 4 caps in the morning with the m-1, 3 in the afternoon and three at night.

I was extremely lethargic even at 10mgs and I could tell my bp was elevated. A couple days I absolutely felt like shit post workout. Had some of the worst exertional headaches I’ve experienced, as I don’t generally get headaches.

By the way, I used milk thistle through the entire cycle to suppourt liver function.

In spite of the negatives, I felt like a moose in the gym and I definitely accrued some mass, although I don’t have numbers or pics to back up that claim, so feel free to disregard it.

I’ve never really had issues with sides with supps or drugs, and I just used Alpha Male post cycle and recovered fine, little weight loss, just about 5 pounds of water.

Personally, I have done 2 seperate cycles of M1T. Previous experience was MAG-10 and 1-Test. Saw decent gains on both, almost no sides.

First two-week cycle with M1T was mind-blowing mass gains. 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks, thick as ever, 30# bench increase. That was at 20 mg, divided into AM and PM doses. Noticed loss of appetite and some lethargy, but still made serious gains without increasing cals. I’m a FFG so that was fine.

After a two week lay-off: the second two-week cycle I got cocky and tried 40 mg, divided Am and PM. This time I got REALLY bad headches - migraine level with the neausea, serious lack of energy, and trembles (like a hypoglycemic epesode). Not fun. I think this might be the flu-like symptoms that has been reported so frequently.

Also, the scariest side I had was I truly believe I might have damaged my liver! I started getting this dull ache on my right side, around the bottom rib. The liver sits on the right side, about mid-torso. Just bending over to tie my shoes or anytime I piked my torso the pain got worse. Upon self-examination by poking my fingers up inside my rib cage something was mos def inflammed! Scary shit considering I am a health fanatic and eat clean 365 days/year. Within 2-3 days of stopping the 40 mg cycle I was back to normal - no pain, no headaches.

I took Methyl Extreme. They also contain a liver-blocking enzyme and two supplements that support the liver (not milk thistle). Despite that, I over-did the dosage severely and the high BP headaches were aboslutely sickening.

My advice on M1T is to be VERY cautious and know your body. Get BP and liver values checked before and after, and during if you can. There are even some liver self-testing packs through WebMD I believe. I feel that 10mg is MORE than enough. Just take your time and hit 2-3, two week cycles, sperated by 2-3 weeks off. I wish my remaining stash were tabs instead of caps because I would like to try as little as 5 mg/day.

I can see where Cy is coming from now. The drug is effective, but the sides can seriously be annoying at best, and life threatening at worst. To stay on the safe side, you might want to stay away from methylated drugs all together… but now being post-PH ban, you’ll be lucky to get creatine in another year!

to help with the liver take: milk thistle, NAC, TMG, l-methionine, ALC, inositol, IP-6, and livercare herbal supplement. I have been using this regimen for a couple of months and have taken my liver enzymes from way above normal to the high end of normal without changing my diet or supplementation. These supplements help with different pathways that would affect the liver so you get help on all fronts. laters pk

Just found this site and wanted to give my 2 cents worth on this stuff. I did a 2 week cycle, 10 mg in the am and 10 mg before bed, milk thistle 3 times a day.
Didn’t really notice any difference in size the first week but after that it was pretty good. Felt good pumps and with good intensity. No sides.
The 2nd week just as good, no side and no imsomnia, appetite the same. BUT the last 3 days of the cycle I was a home after a work out and I noticed my tits itched. I had not noticed this before ever! and I felt them and lo and behold ,I found lumps under each of my nipples.
First thing I did was see the doc make sure it was not cancer of some form of it, next, went to do my nolva and it seems to have stopped it for the time being.Clomid and arimidex now included to help recover.
This is not my first time using gear but I have never been predisposd to Bitch tits.
Now being off it and continuing my post therapy for 4 days so far, I have to report that I am lethargic as hell, my appetite is almost gone, my tits still hurt, and Like some of the other guys…I feel like i have the flu.My gains feel like they are slipping away. So I don’t think it is a coincidence the other guys felt like they had the flu. This stuff messes up your system big time, On a final note, who knows if I wouldn’t do another cycle supplementing all the way with clomid, ari and nolva but it would be pretty dumb. I think there are better and safer alternatives.
