Are these bars bigger than they used to be? I swear that they used to have slightly less than 230 or 250 kcal. Something like 190 or 200. Last time I remember ordering was a few years ago 2012 or before.
Anyone know?
I’m pretty sure they’ve always been at the 230/250 calorie levels.
Maybe – maybe – the original Grow! bars were less, but that was a decade ago. Then again, they might have been more.
