What really impressed me was going back and looking at a shirtless picture Keith posted of himself from just a few years ago … He looked like shit, and even said during the video “I can’t believe I had the nerve to be smiling in that picture … I was skinny AND fat.” I would say they have average genetics at best
They are big into the IF thing … Honestly, I’ve never really considered it until I met them … Good size, lean, and good strength to be just over 200 lbs

Hodge twins are freakin hilarious. They goof around but they know their shit. Being a natty I like listening to other natty’s. These guys opened up my world with some of their advice. ( like eating 6 times a day for a natty…fucking wasted so much of my life eating and planning to eat )
I tried watching 2 or 3 of ther vids and couldn’t make it through 1 minute of their schtick. They were so unbelievably annoying. Maybe it’s an act for their videos but it was horrible.
