Sounds great, Jack!
(Thanks for not getting frustrated with all of us and bagging the whole idea!)

Random…lookin’ great in that pic, bro!
What were your stats at that point? (Ht., wt., BF, etc…)
(By the way…the Lion is still a “work in progress”…pics will be coming!)
Thanks Mufasa. The pic was taken at the end of using the Tdawg diet for 12 weeks. I dieted down from 189lbs down to about 170’ish at a height of 5’7. I took some before pics 12 weeks apart and the contrast was quite apparent. I’m not too sure what my bf% levels were though.
Let me be clear in saying that I don’t look like that at the moment though. One month after that pic was taken I fell ill with CFS, and basically use those pics as motivation to beat this shit and return to the sport I love. It’s been 18 months now and hopefully I will be back soon… Currently only weighing in at around 118lbs. The CFS-diet - it’s a guaranteed to work.
I just want to say that, while I applaud Jack’s willingness to do this, trying - and I emphasize the TRYING part - to register as a Yahoo Group member has got to rank up there with the most goddam fucking frustrating things I’ve ever had the misfortune to attempt in my life.
Sigh.
I’ll try again when I’m feeling a bit better…
Saw some nice pics.
Keep up the work NAthan!
Hope random doesn’t plan on competing, he’s got some work to do. Not that his old size was anything special, pretty weak actually.
You are an idiot. “Random” looks to be in great shape in his pic.
Looks like a fitness instructor from 24 hour or an anorexic version of a calvin klein model
Put up or shut up, Oakie! Let’s see your pic.
How does one go about accessing the T-Board pix section???
Where are the women?..Patricia is the only one brave enough so far.
Mnay people are not posting because they are a “Work in progress”, but really we are all a “work in progress”(I myself have a long ways to go). I personally think that it would be for great motivation (as well as giving this site more credibility, not that it needs it) to see the progress that people are making. Just a thought.
Great idea Jack! I’m going to drop a few pics in, I’m sure they’ll be good for a few laughs. Thanks.
Random, forget Oakman…you look great! Like someone else said, put up or shut up Oak! As soon as I get a scanner, I’ll be there too.
Been there, done that. Starting from scratch is bar none the hardest thing one can possibly have to endure. I went from a porky 180 in November of 1999 to an emaciated and near dead 97.5 in the summer of 2000. Since I got my health back, I’ve never looked back. You really learn to never take a trip to the gym (or anything in life for that matter) for granted. The best advice that I can give you is to take it one day at a time. For me, two years only seems like an instant. However, when I think of it as 730 days, I can truly begin to appreciate how everything I’ve done religiously day in and day out has slowly but surely made the difference to the tune of 70 pounds of good weight. Best of luck to you.
That previous post should have read: “Eric Cressey to Random Weights.” My bad.
I’ll have mine up there soon. With my wife’s permission, I’ll post one under the T-couples as well. First, I must get to my brother’s computer with the scanner deal.
Do you mean Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? How do you get/overcome that?
Random, I am curious, were you doing anything other that the T-Dawg diet, you know supplments? You look really good there. I hope you get over CFS soon. Fuck Oak, he is strikingly silent since he has been asked to post a picture. Probably waiting for next month’s Flex so he could steal one. Remeber this though, it’s better to be to skinny than too Fat.
I certainly hope that Oak was being facetious, because Random looked damn good. The epitome of what a T-man should look like, if not better. My first jealous thought was “what the hell was he using”.
Random, I wish you luck in your battle against CFS. If you would, I think most of us would like to hear what you’re going through, as you’re one of us. It might also help awareness of your illness, which seems to be needed.
still looks like a ripped 7th grader to me but better than the rest on there.
