i competed this saturday and placed in the top 8 in my division i weighed in at 64.25kg in the 60-70kg division

How tall are you?

Your legs need some more attention in my opinion, but overall you just need to grow more for the next few years - no cuts in between.

The pic of the Giambi jersey is over 2 years old. I was about 15-20 pounds lighter. The back double bi is still in my profile. Don’t know which one youre referring to.

thanks man yeah i been on diet for 14 weeks i will not compete this year again i will now start off season with the intention of becoming 75kg with least amount of body fat i will work on my legs with much more intensity now

im 1.71m

there were 24 guys in my line up i made top 8

im back again after ages ready for prep fpr my next show in april

I’m glad to hear you’re plannign on doing another show. Any updates on if you were able to put on much mass since the last show? As was said before, a bit of overall size especially in the legs would help you to place higher in the next competition. Got any new pics?
