McDonalds Worse Than You Once Thought

Hardee’s is the best - 100% Charbroiled Angus Beef 1,400 calorie Monster Thickburger - I have to consume one at least every month or two.

Damn, when I was at wrestling camp I would go to McDonalds after the last session and have a 1,400 calorie feeding consisting of a medium fries, a 20-piece chicken McNuggets, and an M & M McFlurry accompanied by a medium drink refilled at least once with Hi-C. Good thing I didn’t get the hamburgers.

Yes.Someone did write that they were eating fast food every few days(which is probably 3-5 times a week).
How is that moderation?

Are you being serious? If I eat 6-8 times a day, taking in over 5-6,000cals a day, stopping to eat a hamburger 3 times a week is NOT moderation? WTF? Let’s see…that up to 56 meals a week and you think that if THREE of those meals happen to be hamburgers that this is NOT moderation? What is wrong with you?

What,now you’re questioning my workout/life style because I don’t eat fast food?
I eat clean, and I’m pretty strong.I don’t know about you,but thats all that matters to me.
Apes in the wild can bench over two thousand pounds.I guess they must be gorging on taco bell and burger king every night.

Uh, yes, I am questioning your progress because most people who act like you make the LEAST physical progress because they can’t stop thinking in extremes.[/quote]

Most people who don’t want to eat shitty meat make the least physical progress?
I don’t know about the people you train with/socialize with, but I still eat burgers.
Why go for Crap donalds 25% meat burgers when I can BBQ my own or go somewhere that uses 100% USDA choice beef, like arbys or Ruby tuesdays?

And by physical progress,if you mean putting on mass,it’s about the quality and over all calories.

So,in the end,you can call me anal by wanting to add size with better food choices, but as long as I’m not some soy boy expecting to have my abs and bulk at the same time,I’m doing fine.
I’ve been making pretty damn good progress lately too.My lifts go up and still do weekly.I’m happy.

But hey,I guess you know this picky person more than himself, huh?

No, son. Most people who have a nervous breakdown because they ate a hamburger today make the least physical progress.

Who said you couldn’t go to those places? Who here is endorsing Mc Donald’s?

Gee, imagine that. And the question asked was how much progress you have made in that mass department.

All I know is what you put on screen…which has been a whole lot of bitchin’.

Yes, but did those apes use a bench shirt?

And,like I said,I eat PLENTY of burgers.
If anyone looks like they’re bitching you should look in the mirror, son.
I could care less if someone eats Mcdonalds or cats for dinner.

I just would rather eat better quality meat.
This has nothing to do with over all prgress.

You do know that we eat all kinds of shit in our food right? I mean, our body takes what it finds in our food and uses it, discarding what it doesn’t want.

So, if meat were to contain filler, paint chips, sand, rat feces, or whatever, it only really makes a difference in our heads, because we don’t like the idea.

Sure, look, there are very dangerous chemicals, and some less dangerous items are bad when consumed in larger quantities, but in general, if you are eating nutritious meals and getting exercise, you won’t simply fall apart if some of the meals are just “empty calories” or nutritionally null foods of whatever stripe.

It doesn’t work that way.

You make a good point, but if you have any kind of high mercury levels stored in your fat, you’re going to get problems in a couple years. But yeah, I generally agree with what you said.
