It’s so transparent it’s just a political move. I’d be real surprised if he has anything really worthwhile to add.

(Clears throat) Everything done by both candidates in a hotly contested Presidential race is a POLITICAL MOVE.

SHEEEEESH…That you understand that means what?

The average voter will be impressed. Just like the many idiots that are impressed with Obama running around the country talking about change

Gee…do you think he’s talking about change to get elected?

FUCKING DUH!~!~

Golly gee whiz… I was just stating my opinion

Didn’t know I was obligated to say anything as profound as your post… Sheeeeeesh!

Ha ha…sorry…these political threads always bring out the worst in me.

lol I figured that out a while ago

Here’s what bothers me; we’re in the middle of one of our nations largest financial crisis since the great depression, some real serious shit, right? Well, McCain elected to suspend campaigning, and go earn his pay on capitol hill; Obama elected to campaign. for me, 'nuff said.

I mean, they’re both paid (and paid fairly handsomly too in the eyes of average Joe) to represent their constituants at the federal level right? Not be full time campaigners. I can’t imagine what my fire chief would say if I told him I needed nearly two years off to interview for another job, but keep the checks rolling! Good grief.

At least McCain went back to earn his pay during this financial crisis. Fuck Obama. Opie actually had the audacity to say to the American people today that “I have instructed them to call me if they need me”, WTF is that all about?

If your not needed during a major financial meltdown in the nations economy, then your probably not needed day to day asshole, stay the fuck home.

“they’ll call me if they need me”, give me a fucking break. What a douchebag.
I would only be pissed about this if you lived in AZ or IL. They don’t represent me, so I really don’t give a shit. I would rather see them on the campaign trail.

Not me. I am growing weary of the nightly Opie blowjob-fest on CNBC and MSNBC. I wish that son of a bitch would go somewhere - anywhere - just get out from in front of the fucking camera.

Hook line and sinker

Actually I’m pretty sure you had your mind made up before this.
Say what you will, but the whole “they’ll call me if they need me” line is profoundly retarded and insightfull.

The more he’s out there, the better chance of him being exposed as the inexperienced candidate. Waiting for another fuck-up is half the fun. Just watch fox.

Incorrect. Here are two of his recent votes, of which there are several more. How did you miss these?

07/09/2008 Medicare Bill HR 6331 Y Cloture Invoked - Senate
(69 - 30)

06/26/2008 Iraq and Afghanistan War Funding, Unemployment Benefits Extension, and GI Bill
HR 2642 Y Concurrence Vote Passed - Senate
(92 - 6)

Seems that Bill Clinton is agreeing with McCain’s move.

Who would have thought that Clinton - the King of all that is Democrat, and the wet dream of millions of liberal women across the country - has come out in support of McCain’s decision to go back to Washington on ABC’s GM America.

This has to put Fightin’ Irish in a bit of a pickle.

I’ll bet Opie is wishing he would have asked Cankles to be VP instead of Foot-in-Mouth Biden about now. If not now, he will be Wednesday morning after the election.

I guess the Chicago machine never told Opie not to fuck with the Clintons.

RJ, do you have any articles on this? I’d love to see what ol’ Bill has to say about this. Thanks.

Are there any reasons why we should think McCain was not caught flat-out lying yesterday evening when he canceled his invitation on Letterman, saying that he had to return to Washington, only to be caught on camera during Letterman doing an interview in another CBS studio (in New York) taping an interview with Katie Couric?

Here’s a link to the video:

Is there some explanation? Perhaps there is a good reason, but I haven’t heard it yet.

I really don’t give two shits what he thinks.

They’re close to a decision right now, so McCain’s blustering bullshit was proved to be just that.

And Bill is just trying to stick it to Obama.

Good thing you’re helping the Democrats Bill, you turncoat fuck. Rather lose the election than your pride I see… or the pride of your fat pig wife who botched everything.

Fuck’em.

Mccain has just resumed his campaign and will be at the debate tonight.
