Last nite before I went out to the bars for dress like a whore day I went to the gym(I have my priorities) It was dead in there which is nice because I could get in and out quick. I got paid too so I just ordered recepter max. I figured Id check it out see how it works.
Sundays still suck. Ive been lifting in the morning before I eat and the past 2 weeks I end up getting a killer headache while lifting. It drives me nuts. So I think Ill just start lifting after work on sundays. I still sucked it up and lifted though.
My low back is fucking killing me. Its been like this from yesterday. I worked on a client then all of a sudden while Im sitting down I notice it. Its been like this all day today to while I was sitting at work. I still went to the gym and did chest and upper back but no power cleans. I did do abs because anytime I do abs it makes my low back feel better. It sure does feel better then it did. And I havnt done abs in a couple weeks too.
So today the crossfit trainer invited me to go play with their sled in the costco parking lot. That was fun. He had us do 20secs push the sled downhill 10sec rest then 20 sec pushing it up hill and that was one set and we did it for 4 sets. I made a huge mistake by sprinting the first time through. On the first set of the second go around 10 secs into the coming back up hill I puked.
And just to show Im tough I did another go around after the crossfitter finished his 2nd. I did get a chuckle at the fact I pushed my self harder then he expected. The trainer gave me props for puking and I kept goin. I even finished my routine.
Chris’ article today was great. Its nice to see a total unbiased party tell it how it really is. And I stand by what Shugs has to say about if it doesnt meet your goals then its not for you. I like talking to the trainer of crossfit because the more you have in your toolbox the more dangerous you are. Im just not into the attitude some of the crossfitters have. Or the $130 a month price tag.
Today I did cycling before I lifted. I went up to the class with one of the dudes I lift with. It wasnt as hard as my old cycling class up in Oregon but then again that one was lead by professional cyclist who did the tour de france. It was still good.
Lifting was great I got a killer pump in my chest. Low back was still sore so no power cleans.
Today was the first day of tire flipping for my gpp split. I still have to lift also which Ill do later this evening. I also got my receptor max and took it 30mins before I ate. So far I like it. It smells good to and kinda tastes good when I burp lol.

Today felt great. So far Ive been taking the receptor max and holy shit that mixed with BCAA makes for a killer pump. My arms and shoulders felt like they were going to explode and it felt like that for a couple hours after lifting.
Opened up my gym bag today to mix up my pre workout protein shake and the tupperware was open and upside down. Yep all over my fucking bag. The sucks ass. Today was a great workout anyway.
Im tired now though and kind of a shitty mood. I did decide to approach the girl with the alabaster booty when I see her next and hopfully when she say hello to me this time I wont be in mid conversation with the guys I lift with.

Im cutting up nice. That sounds kinda funny. Im starting to notice a huge difference in my physique along with everyone around me too. The guys I lift with at the gym tell me almost weekly that Im looking bigger and more define. They also joke around (I hope) when Im mixing up my protein, that its actually steroids. We all kinda joke about that since the owner of the gym wont buy heavier dumbbells because of the reputation of the old gym being a roid gym. Anyway yeah Im getting there for sure.
I skipped yesterday. To much shit goin on. Today was great though. Its awesome seeing someone you havnt seen in the gym for like 3 months and they tell you how awesome and lean your getting. its also awesome when people ask how to train certian parts of the body. I dont know but I guess Ive get some kille defintion in my rear delts.
Ive always had the nice horseshoe tri’s. So I showed this guy a few things that hit the rear delt and he said holy shit thats what I want. I told him its all about hard work. Funny thing is I wasnt even doing shoulders today either.
Today was an ok day at the gym. Not the best. I had alot on my mind. Had a meeting at work today and found out at the end of the month I have no job. The owner is closing the shop due to lack of business and not being able to pay the rent or get the landlord to come down on the rent. I dont blame her because she hasnt been turning a profit at all. I might be able to keep my clients so atleast Ill be making alittle bit of cash. I might have a couple leads on jobs but man this sucks ass.
Alright today was great all around. Im not goin to lose my job Im now 1/3 owner. Ill be paying $440 a month for rent + utl. and being as theres 3 of us that gives us more opportunities for advertising funds. Which is my kinda thing.
And a dude that asked for advice last week about training the rear delt, well he is a instructer at the wildland academy. I was telling him about taking s130&190 at the academy and he gave me a bunch of advice on how to get it paid for and get into a crew as well as all sorts of stuff. I was stoked.
Then blonde girl with the alabaster booty came up and talked to me instead of saying hi in passing or waving at me. Yep she came up to me. I was stoked. Now I just need to ask her if she wants to get some dinner sometime.
Ok so I really fucked up my shoulder bad. I heard a click monday doing chest but I kept goin anyway. Well it hurt the next day then I got a massage and it felt great the rest of the day and yesterday.
Well this morning I was doing sledge hammer swinging and I felt it pop again. Now it hurts like hell. I barely could do push press. So Im goin to go through tommorow with legs and forearms Then take off sat and sunday then unload next week and take a week off.
Well I lifted friday and sunday did legs and forearms same as every week. Im kinda annoyed with the shoulder. I found out I have a shoulder impingment caused by inflamed supraspinatous tendon. It feels better today but Im still goin to just do abs and cardio this week being as its the last week for this phase.
After my week off Ill start isolating chest. I was goin to do HSS 100 chest and edt arms but I decieded to just concentrate on chest instead of chase two rabbits at once.
shoulder felt great today. I was really tempted to lift but Im sure if I do rite now Ill just fuck it up again. So I just did same thing as yesterday abs and cardio same as yesterday except I add 5mins to the treadmill the first and second rounds.
I did the cycling class todya with another lifting buddy. It was fun. Especially the teacher she has huge boobs. And of course I had back row seat perfect shot down the sports bra. I also was goin to try the get shredded in 6 days thing but I just can handle the 2.5gallons of water. Fuck I peed a billion times today and it feels like my insides are full of liquid constantly. So to hell with it.
Alright I finnished my leaning out phase. I did maxs today just to see where I am at. Last week was all cardio and abs do to fucked up shoulder. It feels great today though even after heavy bench. Tommorrow Ill post my ending mesurements and the next day (after I trim the fur lol) Ill post pics.

So not to bad. Im sure if I was alot more strict with the diet I could have done better but I just couldnt keep my cal that low for long. Im glad its over I dont know how much longer I could lift light weight. Next is isolation chest. Ill probably follow HSS 100 chest program. Im to busy to write my own program right now. Im not sure if Ill keep a log on here. I dont get much of a response or encourgement so whats the point.
