I never saw your pics before, thanks for the heads up peoples
You’re huge Matty, so very hawt. I would’ve never guessed that you were one of those bench and curls dudes.
I saw one of the only-benches dudes at the squat rack today. I got so excited, I thought he discovered another body part like, I don’t know… legs. But no, he was curling. I was there for 2.5 hours, and he was there before and after me doing every variation of curls he can think of. Then when he ran out of exercises, he went to the bench to do curls there.
You need to hold an intervention for him.

This may be my long lost younger brother…its funny in my younger days admittedly I was a bro curler and bencher, I just didnt know any better. But now I FUCKING LOATHE bro curls, they bore the shit out of me, I guess I shot my load in my 20s with em
Hehe, someone mentioned something about a bad view, being able to look up some unsavory old men’s shorts one time in here, don’t remember who. I take it that’s what you were trying to avoid with the DB bench video’s viewpoint, heh?

I am the ant-sampson, I just got fresh cut yesterday!
LYING LEG RAISE W BANDS 15/12/10
OLD MAN CRUNCH MACHINE 125/15 150/10
NOTES: Felt good today, any critiquing on my DL form would be greatly appreciated. Trained after playing softball which I thought would be brutal but was perty good. A kid DLing next to me got 405x5 at 175lbs, I was pretty impressed, he did alot of screaming and gorilla type noises but was a nice enough kid.
lol, there my version of GHRs, I have to rig the lat pulldown machine to do them, and I look like a levitating fetus when I do them so thats what I call them, its pretty funny to see.
what snapper means is you are semi-curling the bar, elbows bent, biceps flexed. DON’T DO THIS. Why? A) you are leaving weight behind, you will be stronger pulling slack armed. B) do you want a one-cep? You are setting yourself up for a bicep terror. Instead have arms slack, envision your hands are hooks at the end of chains, (the chains being your slack arms) and your back, traps, glutes, thighs, hammies, etc are the machine that provides the muscle to move the weight.
Got it, thanks Pete and Snapper I had no idea. Certainly wasn’t doing it purposely, shit thank god you guys told me, the last thing I want is an injury. I will definitely concentrate on this.
Thank you for taking the time out to take a look, I really appreciate it.

Pete read my mind.
A bicep terror. Better known as a bicep tear! Which would certainly be a terror.

bejeebus, did I really spell it that way? there is the saying that you get stupider for a while after being in the gym. Well, after a meet that is even more so. I really need to start applying that literature degree more…
