I might try the neutral grip db’s as since I cant do dips anymore I need something to tacklet that part of my pecs…I am a notorious flarer with benching which probably has led to these shoulder issues in part.

You tried DLing with the bands yet? Good job on hitting that 405 regularly. Go 415, instead of 425 and i bet you get it.

Maybe a little bit, I have been doing alot of shoulder dislocates and band pull aparts which seems to help. Oddly enough OH pressing does not cause discomfort chest movements cause alot. I dont go heavy on benching only as high as 2 plates but I try to rep the shit out of em. Also I get like a dead shoulder towards the end of a long pressing sessions it kinda gets numb…weird. Im getting my MRI within the next two weeks.

My wife who knows nothing about training, said to me why did you go to 425? you should of just went to 415. Goes to show you how much I know.

I have been using the bands regularly for squats, which are fucking awesome, Im starting to like squating more than DL, ing…I was on the EFS site today considering buying short bands for DLing…u think its necessary?

Had too much shit going on Tuesday to train, had to get blood tests in the am, another doc appt in the pm with work in between, didnt have free time until 8pm and I was shot. Feeling another cold coming on and feeling really run down. With that being said training today was perty ok considering.

Training this week will be a bit inconsistent as I am sick and have a shitton of things to do none of which I am looking forward to except my first fantasy football draft on Friday, Ive been running this league for 11 years now, $350 league fee my boys and I go ape shit for that stuff, w/o any further aduuue (spelling?)

Was not dissapointed in my Dls tonite as I am not 100% My form IMO is really starting to look good, the 4plates is coming up easier and easier. Keeping my body tight during DLs is really helping me.

BB MILLITARY PRESS (STANDING) 90/20 135/15 135/14 135/12 - Felt like shit on these, shoulder felt ok, but I usually with all being right can get up to 175 standing.

NAUTILUS SHOULDER PRESS (PLATE LOADED) 3PLTx3x12-15 - Again dissapointment, can get 5 plates on these for 3 - 4 reps when shoulder is good. My shoulder tires out very quickly and simply is not allowing me to go all out.

BENCH PRESS - 225x3x12-15 By this time my shoulder was shot and didnt expect anything but pussy reps.
NAUTILUS VERT PRESS - 3PLTx2x15 FUCK! again usually get 5 plates, on the push off my right shoulder gives me a sharp pain.

Got the results from my MRI back which showed a torn labrum and some weird blockage betwenn my collarbone and shoulder where not enough blood is getting through. This was coming from my regular doc and could probably get more specifics with an ortho. She states that surgery may not be necessary, I hope not. I guess I will be perusing the injury and rehab forum…F M L !!!
