Does an SSB front squat make the movement like a back squat because of the camber like opposite to an SSB back squat shiftting the load forward
I can back squat way more than I can SSB front squat, whereas my SSB front squat numbers match up well with my barbell front squat numbers. In that regard, I see the SSB front squat to be unlike a back squat.
