Massive Total and Free T drop after going Subq

So I started twice weekly injections IM in August. I will list labs. I retested in October even though the chart will show August. My HCT unlisted was 57. I donated blood and then switched to twice weekly subq injections. 130 mg split twice weekly. After my January labs my numbers are almost identical to my pre treatement numbers. I’m really scratching my head. Any help is appreciated. The chart will list three numbers. Pre Injection: October Labs IM, January Labs Subq.

Total Test: 452 861 487

Free T: 10.7 20.4 11.2

Estradiol: 36.8 35 31

SHBG: 28 30 26

HCT: 50.6 57.3 55.5

Hemoglobin: 16.6 18.4 17.7

SubQ absorption is different than IM. Why would you switch?
It also matters when you had your bloodwork in relation to your labs.
Not that it matters here as we are just lookin gat trends but when you post bloodwork values you really need to show the ranges and different labs will use different ranges.

I switched in hopes of helping control hct. I had seen mixed results with some getting lower HCT response to Subq. Both tests were on a monday morning fasted with last injection being thursday. I inject Monday and Thursdays.

Access Labs Ranges:

Test 238-1048 ng/dl,

E2 11.3-43.2 pg/ml: SGH 16.5-55.9 nmol/L, Free Test 5.7-17.9 ng/dl: Hemoglobin 13.2-18 g/dl, HCT 42-56 %

My injection site is belly if that helps.

You’re clearly not absorbing the oils properly. I’ve never been a fan of pinning an IM product SubQ. Only water based for me.
