Thanks @Frank_C
Bent over for sure, now I think about it I might try the same setup I use for laterals.

I hate doing single arm stuff because it takes twice as long, but it’s necessary for some things. You’ll notice the extra range of motion is worth the time and can’t be duplicated with dumbbells.
To add to this:
I’ve done rear delt raises with bands by bending over in a pendlay row position with the bands under my feet and just focussing on the top half of the movement, to keep tension throughout.

Ok, so this is the week I (hopefully) can start training properly again. Tomorrow I head to my mate’s place to bench.
To that end, I’m not doing anything today.
Tomorrow I’ll chat to him after we train and we’ll figure out how it’ll work. He trains Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at the moment. I may have mentioned this before. At any rate, right now those are all days I can work with. Best case, I’m back to four days a week. Outside of that even three works perfectly well.
Very positive note (ish), I’m having to restrain myself from doing something. That’s always a good sign for me because it means I’m well rested and ready to go.

Todays training
Went to my mate’s place
Two sets each of pull aparts, facepulls, Y-raises
Bench press
Worked up to
7x3x170 lbs, 10 second rests
9x170 lbs
Ok, so I screwed the pooch here because it was written 5x3, 1x15 with 10 second rests. I miscounted the triples, doing six, and then when I started the 15 lost condition kicked in at three.
DB bench
4x10x55 lbs
Pushups replacing dips (no dip bars)
2x12
DB tricep extensions
2x10x25 lbs
DB lateral raises
2x10x15 lbs
Ok, so I think those banded laterals were too much, too soon because I couldn’t move the 25s. My medial delts (they’re a thing, right) have also been painful on waking and when lying down for a couple of weeks. All points to whatever they are being pushed a little too far
Facepulls
1x35
All up around 45 minutes.
It looks like I’ll get to train there twice a week now. This is a fucking gift. Two days a week with weights (bench and squat) and I’ll do two days at home: pullups, pushups and swings.
Ask clown dick @samul
Scientifically known as the medial leg

Congrats on lifting again. I’m happy for u. Careful the neighbours don’t rat u out to crime stoppers.
Well, technically we’re still within the rules if I’m the only visitor and we stay 1.5 metres apart
We’ll see what the po po have to say about that.
I think you can still do 1 to 1 PT sessions too if 1.5m apart. So he could be training you.
ACT regulations are only one non resident visitor per domicile at any given time, must abide by the 1.5 metre rule.
Realistically if he isn’t even in the garage when I am we’re well within the requirements.
If you keep the roller door open is it then techinally an outdoor undercover area? The rules keep changing its bloody tough to keep up. I thought we were still allowed 10 in an outdoor group here in SA, however apparently they’ve thrown that one out too.
A smart man once said he didn’t need the government to tell him to follow common sense precautions. I’m sure Mark is smart enough to keep himself and his family safe.
Oh you
I didn’t intend that as a smoke blowing exercise. I just feel like this stuff isn’t rocket science. We know how to keep ourselves safe and all the talk of regulations and rules just distracts from taking effective measures.
