Driving home was interesting because any time I moved my head my vision took a half second or so to catch up with the movement. Legs are cooked as well.

Fk sorry to hear your head is playing up again. Have you done anything in the last two days that has added tension to your neck. Sitting at a desk with a lap top or looking down at your phone for long periods of time. Just wondering is there is a link to having a tight neck as this is the case for me when I get this.

@simo74 I suspect for me it’s dehydration. First day back at work yesterday and I don’t think I drank quite enough. I was thirsty when I finished and headed to the gym, and I don’t think I realised this early enough.

I saw a doctor last time. He said it sounds most like that it is what is called a sexual exertion headache. Apparently most people only put that kind of effort in during sex. People are weird.
