Fuck but these were HARD. I was properly concerned about getting the last rep on each set. Pressure was pretty intense, could feel it in my ears. Got my head pain going a little but nothing terrible
Woke at 261.9 lbs, looking a little less bloated. Eight hours on the CPAP. Left upper trap is painfully tight and stiff, so turning my head is not fun.
Despite liberal Dencorub and stretching neck didnt ease up much over the day.
Todays training
Short on time so warmup was a quick band work giant set followed by SuperD double band thing. This did the most for my neck so far today. Didnt fix it though.
