This is after work, sitting at 253.3 lbs. That’s three meals and six to seven litres of fluid since waking.

Weights getting up there my friend. At my heaviest I was hovered a couple of kg up or down from where you are. I was doing tons of conditioning stuff, sled drags, using a heavy sledge on tyre, walking etc I felt strong under the bar but felt fairly shit otherwise.
How you feeling with it?

I feel pretty good. No issues at work unless it’s fitting in a small space or gap. I’ve got to be a bit more careful about sleeping on my back rather than my sides if I can manage it just because my arms can go numb. Apart from that I don’t really feel much different.

Woke at 252.6 lbs, looking less bloated than the past few days.

They tend to keep company @mortdk

@simo74 might look like a strongman until I try doing strongman stuff.

2x10x53 lbs - replaced leg press and tbh right now I’m using these to keep my hips open more than anything.

Woke at 251.1 lbs, looking similar to yesterday.

Todays training

McGill big three, reverse hyper and air squats

High bar squat
2x5xbar
5xplate/170 lbs
2x8x281 lbs

High bar with my normal stance isn’t a disgusting way to squat, it’s just way less stable and powerful

Hack squat replacing leg press
10x132 lbs
10x154 lbs
10x176 lbs
10x198 lbs

High goblet squat an inch above parallel
25x53 lbs

Weighted 45 degree back raise
4x10x55 lbs

Military press
2x2x176 lbs (@corstijeir this one I definitely worked up to)

They were easy. Goes to show doing a bunch of benching before pressing makes it harder. Pretty sure my press is close to or at two plates now, not that I’m likely to find out anytime soon.

BB rows
3x10x176 lbs

Lying leg raises
50 total reps: 20, 20, 10

All up an hour and 10 minutes

TBH neither were heavy so it’s not that big a deal. Also the squats were for less than 10 which is a rare mercy.

Woke at 253.3 lbs, looking similar to yesterday if a bit less bloated. That’s a pleasant surprise because yesterday I wasn’t sure I ate enough while being sure it definitely wasn’t the macro split I like.

Woke at 255 lbs, looking a bit more bloated than yesterday but it is very obviously my my pre bed snack just sitting there.

Todays training

Some air squats and a couple of brace and holds while Jay squatted

5x3x264 lbs

All up may be 15 minutes, definitely no longer

Look, it’s deload. I’m tired because I stayed up late like a moron. Tossed up going or not and decided to just squat and leave. Should have been 253 lbs but the bar was already loaded.
