Now he wants you to start counting your fives…

Great stuff. Every time I go back through my oldest training journal (not the one on here), I learn something. It’s always eye opening looking back.
Yes @painter27, also triple five
You could count like the military:
One, two, three, ONE.
One, two, three, TWO.
One, two, three, THREE… and so on.
Fiji is amazing, I hope you enjoy your trip
Have fun!!!
Enjoy!!
In the words of monty python ‘you lucky lucky bastard’
Have a great honeymoon Mark.
Woke up. Looking a bit bloated around the lower abs, which was dinner last night. Stayed in budget although a bit higher fat and lower carb.
I could get used to the breakfast buffet. Especially egg white omelet cooked to order and pancakes and fresh fruit. Resort gym is pretty standard for a hotel gym but it does have a cable station with pull-up bar with fatter than normal bar which is cool.
Upper body will be easy: push-ups, pull-ups and bottoms up kb presses (some crappy kbs up to 26 lbs will do fine) and I can probably do facepulls on the cable station.
Lower body a little more challenging, but I’m thinking pull throughs on the cables and paused and tempo split squats with the heaviest DBs they have (33 lbs
)
Single leg RDL’s to infinity as well
Weighted push ups with someone sitting on your back and weighted pull ups would be plenty challenging I think.
Just do some sand sprints for your legs
Pistol squats?
Or, just recover and enjoy your vacation…
…I know stupid idea.
That’s the plan @IronOne but I just enjoy doing stuff
If you do true single leg work where your off leg doesn’t assist you (or even touch the ground) then you don’t need much weight to challenge yourself. You’ll be fine.
If ask else fails just go for a walk on the beach…and do lunges until you can’t anymore. That’ll make you feel better about binging at breakfast.
Have everybody climb on your back and do squats and walks
Ben Bruno’s got some stuff on belt squats with resistance from a low cable. Is that feasable? You could add some dumbbells for more resistance
