Marine Shot Unarmed Civilians

War is hell, its also the super rich who prosper. This war was not necessary. Iraq posed no threat to us, that was all made up. War is a racket, writes Marine captian Smedly Butler.(Google Smedly Butler on War is a racket.)

THe Iraqi people are worst off today than under Saddam. That is outrageous. Would you like it if some powerful country came and occupied us and killed hundred of thousands of people?

Greg Palast, says that the reason the USA went to war was beause Saddam was able to manipulate oil prices. One day he would flood the market with oil and that would drive down the price of oil, the big oil companies didn’t like that. Only they can do that kind of thing. But if they do it there is no proof they are doing it, because, they are believers in the * free market*.

IF the American people asked the question, How can we bring democracy to the middle east, they would have come to the conclusion that democracy isn’t brought in from the outside its the result of the native people desires for it.

I am not surprised about the atrosities caused by american soliders, after all i am an american, i know what it means to be an american, and although i know there are outstanding american and american soliders, there are others who are nothing short of criminal.

If they aren’t brought to justice, we all suffer for this, since justice would become meaningless, its that justice means something that morally courageous people stand for something that is right , good and just.

Those who are guilty of major wrongdoing need to be held accountable, and that goes for the administration down to the solider who becomes a common criminal and thug.

The Marines will be held accountable if they are found guilty. They will be tried in one of the few countries that will put its military members on trial for committing wrong doings on the battlefield. They will be prosecuted by one of the few militaries in the world that will actually investigate the battlefield conduct of its members.

Outside of our NATO allies (and some of them aren’t very good at holding their troops accountable) there are not many other countries who even give a damn what thier military does while it is fighting a war.

I can’t speak for the administration. You are going to have to vote to create change.

What about dictators and terrorists? Must they be held accountable?

You mean Saddam? OR Bin Laden?
Do you want to truely understand the causes of terrorism and how dictators got support from the USA or are you not open to learning and demystifying the nonsense the american public is given.
