No love for Titan? Their stuff looks great. I’ve heard good things about their racks, but they don’t ship to Canada or I would have an entire gym of Titan equip.

Even just doing the 5reps per round was tiring enough. I had chest DOMS the next day from the burpee/dip combo. Big chest pump!
A lot more burpees needed before I’m entering this territory!

Thank you! The video doesn’t do justice to just how much this sucked for me. Several minutes were spent on the floor after this set. If I stopped at 20reps, I would have been fine. Those last 5 really took a piece out of me.
It was a “fun” movement to change things up. Good bang for my buck since I’m so inefficient at them!

That’s the truth. I did the 6 count ones a few weeks back and it’s grueling. I dreamed of being a CrossFitter and just letting myself go limp til I hit the ground. I was on concrete so that helped me resist the urge.
So I’ve jumped into a few projects around the house that I’ve been dumping any spare time I have into. I’ve finally decided to tackle some landscaping around the house (building some planter boxes, a raised bed, relocating shrubs, planting trees, etc.). I met with a landscaper on the weekend and he is going to price out a lot of the remaining work (spreading topsoil over the remainder of my lot - a lot of exposed rock remains, finishing my driveway with R.A.P. - Recycled Asphalt Product, and also doing some hardscaping at my basement walkout).
We also acquired an old shed a few weeks ago that I planned to convert into a chicken coop. So I’ve completed the chicken run, installed a window, made a door for the hens, installed roosts and nesting boxes and insulated and boarded the interior. Just need to bring in some hay/straw for bedding/ground cover and we can add our six chicks (which are currently being housed at my grandmother’s coop).
