That’s crazy! It is a 1400sqft bungalow, and is going to cost nearly $400k to build. To have a builder do it all, it was going to be at least $550k, and to buy a new house like this on the market would be >$600k. The housing market is nuts here right now.
I think the average Canadian wage is around the $50k mark, so it still isn’t an easy debt to rid yourself of unfortunately!

I wouldn’t do sets of 10 on these. You can either continue to wear yourself out or drop the reps and practice the form so you’re better prepared for the official program.
That’s a good point. I was trying to run the program as close as possible, but at least for cleans, it would be better to learn the movement than just tiring myself out flailing around like a fool.

Yeah, 10x10 is wayy outside of my wheelhouse for lifting. 5/3/1 is about as much volume as I usually have in my program.
