BENCH PRESS

365 x 0 ← Tried my grip thumb length from the smooth part, and it just didn’t go.
365 x 1 ← Went back to just inside the rings for hand width and hit it. PR is 375lbs and I don’t think I had any more than that in me, so I called it there.
315 x 3 ← Wanted some extra volume. This wasn’t enough.
225 x 18 ← AMRAP, pretty happy with 18 after the above work.

CHEST SUPPORTED INCLINE DB ROWS
50lb DBs x 15, 15, 15, 15

These rows felt great. I’m going to work these more often…if I remember.
