Making Up for Calories

So right when i start to actually bulk,i get sick and become even skinnier than i already am (i know how is that even possible),my calorie intake shouldve been 3300 cals but in the last 3 days it has been 2000 cals and below. If in the next days i were to add and split 3900 additional calories (the overall deficit i was during those sick days) across a few days, would that be the same as if i had eaten normally at 3300,or will i gain more fat than i would have at 3300? Or should i just restart at 3300 and cut my loses?

I think your over thinking this , just eat above maintenance again.

Yes, you are most definitely over thinking lol when you mess up on your diet we all do from time to time, it’s best to just get back on track and back to our plan. Dont worry about trying to make up lost ground, just get back to eating in a surplus.

Don’t compensate for lost calories. Take it as a mini cut.

Don’t worry, just use your daily 3300ccals next time. If one day your calorie intake was 2000 - that’s not scary
