I suck at posting on here. need to try and be more consistent. My current plan to keep doing a jacked version of ws4sb is done I wanted one more week but my motivation was bailing pretty hard. Plus I think I have now learned pretty solidly I like doing something a bit more full body and less upper lower. I will go back to it later this year I’m sure but as of now its back to some full body action.
I’m actually gonna try and do my own version of how CT trains his athletes with 3 days focused on the different contraction types. Seems fun and only plan on doing this for like a month until it gets warmer and I can shift to some sprinting and jumping focused training under the sun.
