I have a 10,000 iu bottle of HCG I need to breakdown to 250 iu shots. Any help? I suck at formulas
Put 10ml bac water in there and pin .25ml. Or if vial is small 5ml and pin .125ml.

This only gets you close… The HCG displaces some volume too. So if you add 10 mL of bac water, to 1 mL of HCG powder (just estimating the volume based on how much space in the vial it takes up, could be wrong), you now have 11 mL of HCG fluid. The 11 mL has 10,000 iu in it. So you have a concentration of 909 iu/mL and taking 0.25 mL would give you 227 iu of HCG.
Anyways, you and @blshaw are close enough in all likely hood, and it probably does not make a difference if you get 227 iu or 250 iu.
I think the kits that I have had account for the volume of the HCG powder. They were 11,000 IU, and I added 10 mL of fluid to them. I was instructed that 1 mL = 1,000 iu. If this is true, than my 1 mL of powder HCG estimate is close to correct.

If true, his powder would be 10/11 of a mL in volume, or ~0.90 repeating mL. So after he will have a 10.90909090…mL solution. That means he has 916 and 2/3iu per mL. So if he wants 250iu shots, he needs 0.27 repeating mL in volume.
In summary OP, do 0.27mL shots.

I know it’s old. But does it matter if the HCG is already liquid. Mixing it up today. It seems to be a 1ml liquid solution. Would I got with 9 bacteria water or 10
