I would direct your attention to black tea extracts that help shut down senolytic cells and help activate stem cells for repair. Maybe CHF is chronic, but there are shreds of data that offer a loose thread you may want to give a tug on.
I see no mention of Omega 3 fatty acids here. It is somewhat arcane, and the only site I read it at doesnāt seem to have it anymore, but I read once, by someone who knew arcane things, that DHA is necessary for the production of a proper insulin receptor in the cell. I would consider sardines, grass fed beef, EPA is also obviously good, but more of a immune fat. DHA is structural.
I would look into Chromium. It is used to make a protein called GTF, Glucose Tolerance Factor, similar to hemoglobin as a protein to help with oxygen function, transport in that case.
Something about the GTF protein helps insulin to respond better.
I will there was more knowledge about this. With Iron, for instance, we know inflammation can raise hepcidin, which can reduce iron absorption, and hepcidin is named after what it was first known for, as an antibacterial made by the liver.
Also we have a concept of how B12 deficiency can cause pernicious anemia. It seems off point, but the question becomes, are there similar disturbances in what goes into making Chromium into GTF?
If it were me, I would look at taking more of the RDA, and I am partial to Chromium Polynicotinate.
What else, weigh, low cal, stomach stapling has cleared it, and diets that mimic stomach stapling. Info, not recommending.
AMPK activators, maybe berberine.
I am partial to those who say high Omega 6 imbalance contributes to metabolic wreckage. Actively remove Omega 6 oils. There is a fat called cardiolipin, again, named after where it was first discovered, but there is a view that if this 4 headed fat gets more than 1 Omega 6 it becomes unstable.
Also Omega 6 has somewhat of a half life as it integrates into certain structures. The data for that was so excellent it was banned unfortunately, so consider it in its simplicity if I canāt find the links anymore. Less Omega 6, more Omega 3, I might add macadamia nut oil to the list.
In telling this story to my neighbor, he tells the story of his uncle who deep sea fished, and his doctor couldnāt get his diabetes meds right, kept reducing them and getting bad test results, reduced again, got off drugs, seemed to have type 2 cleared. He credits deep sea fishing. Completely anecdotal by itself. It matches the idea that DHA is needed to build insulin receptors. Fish have a lot of other useful nutrients. If that point is wrong specifically, and Iām pretty sure it isnāt, you can still find studies all over showing how Omega 3 oils help with insulin potentiation.
Chromium Polynicotinate - think around 400-1000 mcg, pay attention obviously
AMPK helpers, Berberine, Chromium again, hesperedin, G pentaphyllum
Be careful. Be smart. Good luck.
Have you ever successfully treated anybody with this method?
