Two days ago I grabbed 2 bottles of MAG-10 from the freezer after it defrosted, there were little white specs in the capsule. Is this ok to use? what is it? or did it go bad?

It’s likely a small amount of steroid that precipitated out. It’s nothing to be overly concerned about and it’s still good.
Are you supposed to let MAG-10 thaw before use?

They did. Its called Carbolin-19. BTW, I wouldn’t mind giving up some of my MAG-10 for a price (and yes, it’ll be somewhat high) since Carbolin-19 is out.
It might not be a good idea to traffic in controlled substances on a public message board.
There is legal MAG-10 out there
