after 5 days of 1/2 dose liquid MAG-10, half dose of 11-T I gained 5 lbs while doing 2-a-days. Body fat actually went down .5% (using hand held, it was consistently reading 20% for a few weeks, and went to 19.3%)
I also went from 5g to 10g of creatine as well though.
