Macros/Calories Help

Hi everyone! I have been going to the gym 4-6 times a week since December 2012, so roughly 7 months now.

Age: 20
Height: 5 foot 2
Starting weight: 98 lbs.
Current Weight: 111 lbs.
Bodyfat: Sorry IDK. No way of checking in my area… But definitely higher than 20% but lower than 25%.

Exercise:
4-6 times a week.

Legs (more quads)
Rest
Biceps Core
Shoulders Back
Triceps Core
Legs (more hamstrings and glutes)
Rest

I’ve gained considerable muscle mass, but I have also gained some fat especially around my midsection and retained the fat I already had on my legs. I tried to “bulk” because I was “skinny fat” and have always had trouble putting on weight/muscle in my upper body. It’s still that way now; my legs are even thicker from added muscle and fat and my upper has gotten bigger but is just average.

I want to start “cutting” my body fat while preserving the muscle mass that I already have. My diet has been my weak point, so I’m open to ideas for my calorie intake/macros. I’ve tried macro calculators online and this is what I’ve come up with so far:

Carbs: 390
Protein: 135
Fat: 45

2500 calories a day.

Thanks in advance and sorry if I’m a complete noob! I know there are a lot of articles and stuff online, but I know a lot of those are not reliable and it’s hard to pick out which ones are. I would just rather hear from people with actual experience and not just theories.
