One more question. Do you mean smaller dose IM or can still do SQ?
Btw, seems to me, like the problem could be related to pinched nerve in chest or neck spine and then when the TST peaked after the shot, it somehow boosted the problem, which then caused those crazy hearth attack feeling. Maybe someone with neurologic background would be able to bring some light into this. Anyway, I had to stop with TRT and I am also in process of stopping with all the antibiotics and after few months, when my body is without any chemical and all the blood work etc is fine I will possibly try TRT again. It can be this year or like two years later. Thank you Systemlord for all your help and take care all you guys.
I had a sciatic injury pre-TRT and as my muscle get harder I had lots of spasms that eventually went away.
The problems were caused by aromatization.
In 2019 before the start of TRT, I already had high e2. With total T of 16.27 nmol/l, my e2 was on 145.50 pmol/l. At that time, I had no idea the e2 peaks after the testosterone shot.
2 months ago I did start TRT again, daily 20mg subq and I took some Anastrozole, because e2 was again around 200 pmol/L. It was like 2mg/week and then I stopped, because I wanted to reset and continue with much lower dosages of Anastrozole. Not problems at all at this point, around 40 days in.
Week later, the same problems like in 2019 came back and like in 2019, it starts always around 1 - 2 hours after the shoot.
I did check my blood, e2 was still only 59.9 pmol/L from Anastrozole I took(didn’t start using the Anastrozole again at this point). First I though that if the e2 is so low, it can’t be the aromatization, so I did lower the dose to 15mg daily, but still felt the problems, lower again to 10mg daily, same problems. Fortunately, the problems were not so serious on these low dosages like in 2019, which gave me the chance to troubleshoot. But it was serious enough so I would be not able to stay on TRT for long time.
Before next shot of 10mg I took 0.125mg of Anastrozole and I felt the problems coming and then, when they were like only 10% of what they normally do, they stopped. Next day I took again 0.125mg of Anastrozole before the 10mg T shot. I felt like 5% of the problems. Next day I did the same, no problems at all.
Next day I tried 15mg, and then 20mg with the 0.125mg of Anastrozole, no problems at all.
My analyses of this. I was already high with e2 before the TRT start. My tissue was probably full of it. So even if my e2 in blood was low after the Anastrozole, when the e2 peaks after the T shot, it’s still enough to push some more e2 into the tissue and this will cause the problems I felt.
Also, the normal method of measuring the e2 in blood is not the best for the TRT and you should used "LC–MS/MS (liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry”, unfortunately, I dint find lab which is using this method in my country yet (Czech republic). So possibly with this method I would see that my e2 was still high even I did use the Anastrozole.
I am not doctor, so take this as it is. I am IT guy, so I take data, look into data, analyze them and then test the hypothesis I made, take data again to see the results. In this case the problem is solved.
Maybe someone will find this helpful.
Regards All!
