Trav, they DO look pretty badass, especially with the bands for added resistance. I’m going to try them out next lower session.
Got in a bit of GPP today, I changed a tire for some ladies in the movie theater parking lot. Saw them, looked at my wife and said “I have to help them, don’t I?” and she’s like, “yeah”. I couldn’t let them attempt it in the heat, on the hot asphault, so I asked if I could help. “No, we’ve got it” they said as they tried to break one of the lugs free. FAIL! “Ok, let me in there!” Then I proceeded to change that shit out in like, 5 minutes, and they were good to go.
Felt good, I’ve always wanted to help someone change a tire, guess it’s the good samaritan in me or something. Wasn’t even late for the movie either. BTW, Hangover 2, lots of lulz, but not as good as the first one.
Kicking back tonight, busy weekend, but I’ll get some training in and try to post it in here so I don’t forget.
