Lump Under Nipple - Adex or Letro?

I’ve had a little lump under one of my nipples since a cycle some time ago, got it ultrasounded, wasn’t anything to worry about and forgot about it. Anyway, I’m 2 weeks into my Test/Anavar cycle and it’s gotten sensitive, meaning it hurts to the touch but not otherwise and it may have grown a tiny bit. No itchiness/puffiness.

I have Clomid on hand for PCT but am getting Adex. Should I start it at the usual 0.5 mg eod or go ahead and bump it right away since I’m seeing symptoms?

And as far as Letro, is it better for this sort of thing versus itchines/puffiness or does it not matter? I can get Adex a lot easier I think.

Thanks guys, this website’s been a great help.

silly goose, you shouldn’t have cycled with an AI. Silly goose.

Nolva or letro can get rid of gyno once it appears, an AI will stop it from appearing in the first place.

I meant to say without an AI. I am a silly goose too

I would take 1mg ED adex for 3-4, until the symptoms dissapeared, then I would continue it at 0,5mg eod. But, I saw great results with nolva against gyno, and it a lot cheaper, so if it was me, I would just take 40mg nolva ED for 5 days or until symptoms dissapear (which they should in less than 5 days) then 20mg ED for the duration of cycle. PCT as you have planned.

haha, that would’ve been nice to know… oops.

I’ll get some Nolva instead of the Adex then. Thanks again!

So been on the Nolva 40 mg for a week now and it still hasn’t improved. Time to worry and add Adex or continue it for a while longer and see how it goes?

Continue, since it has not got worse is a good thing. The most it takes is up to 3 weeks. Once the tissue has been developed, AI’s can’t do nothing, you need a SERM. But you could use an AI in order to lower your E. Use some adex, 0,5mg E3D is good I believe.

Thanks… and if it did/does get worse, what do I do then? It’s hard to tell if it just hasn’t improved or is actually worsened, I do feel like my other nipple is starting to feel a little tender. I’m leaning towards adding the Adex either way.

Well, if it gets worse, you will need letro. Start the adex. just to be safe.
