Current status:

Went over the labs with the doctor. Since its early for me to be having these issues, he wants me to see a endocrinologist first. He had me do some more blood work cortisol, dhea, dhea-s, lh/fsh, and a second round of Total Test, Free Test. This way i have all the blood work for the endocrinologist to look over. Worried about the low Estradiol levels. From what iv’e been reading i’m prone to low bone density due to the low levels. He seamed flexible on the the Testosterone injection protocol you have suggested in the sticky. Since my E levels are low, should i start the testosterone injections without the AI? So for now waiting for another appointment. Ill have more questions once I talk to the Endo. Just wanted to get the thread started.

are you a strict vegatarian? do you add healthy fats like advacado, nuts ect…including fishoils… i think
you cholesterol could be higher like closer to 180-200 and it was suggested that the higher level were better
for the body.someone else may explain better bc that’s all i remember.

Your diet is absolutely terrible

On a more constructive note, you dont need to worry about estradiol levels. Those are the least of your concerns. You have Low T. Why? Need to determine.

One thing that stood out to me is your LDH levels are high. LDH is one of the tests used to screen for testicular cancer. Although the two guys on this board that have had it (myself and ctastrophe) had LDH levels actually below yours.

Have you performed a testicular self exam?

No i eat meat, usually chicken or fish and trail mix with assorted nuts. Usually have meat for dinner. But yeah been wondering if i should add more fats to increase the cholesterol. From what iv’e read all hormones are made from cholesterol. Ill have to look into that more this weekend. Thanks for the Info

The doctor did a testicular exam, he didn’t find anything. After reading your post i looked up LDH levels. You were right about the cancer and i also found this bit of info “Strenuous exercise can cause temporary elevations in LDH” i had to heavy workouts prior to the blood being drawn. So hopefully thats the cause. But i will bring that up on my next visit. Thanks

Hrmmm I didnt realize LDH was correlated with exercise. Interesting.

look up how to perform a testicular self exam and do it yourself. My endo missed my tumor during exam and I found it myself in the shower.

I would google it and post the link for you, but I’m at work and that might be frownded upon on my company laptop. But it is one of the first links that pops up.

Every male should be doing this once per month.
