This is crazy. I have the almost exact same thing here.

Hi. After a full endocrine evaluation, I too had low testosterone and high DHEA. My total testosterone wasn’t as low as yours - 320 were my results - but my DHEA was in the high 500’s.
Here’s what I told by the endocrinologist: Heavy metals like Mercury or Lead block an enzyme that converts DHEA to Testosterone.
I know, sounds like quackery. Stay with me all. Being that I had 14 amalgam fillings of which 50% contain Mercury, I had them all removed in the hopes of balancing this peculiar imbalance. Now, its only been a month since the removal of these fillings so I plan to retest in a few months to see if any changes have taken place.
