Ok after 5 weeks off clomid ive done another blood test with enother Endo… again… im NORMAL.
But…
Here are some results:
TSH 1,90 mE/L
LH 2,32 E/L
FSH 2,07 E/L
Prolactin 12,70 µg/L
Estradiol 0,16 nmol/L - i calculated it into 43.58 pg/ml
S-PSA 0,48 µg/L
S-DHEA-S 6,7 µmol/L
S-Testosterone 17,2 nmol/L
Free Testosterone 32,1 pmol/L
S-SHBG 36 nmol/L
S-HCG <2 U/L
He also done DXA scans for bone density of my lumbar spine and left hip
Lumbar spine (L1-L4) total T-Score and Z-Score are -1.1 - which is OSTEOPENIA - it even says so on the document from the scan
L1 and L4 are even at -1.5
Left hip T-Score is -1.3
The endo says I’m all good, but he also wrote that i got slight pubertal gyno and if I want I can go to a plastic surgeon.
From what i see:
- LOW FSH/LH
- LOW’ish test
- LOW free test
- kind of high Estradiol , nevertheless my T/E ratio really sucks
- won’t even comment the DXA scan results
What I’m wondering is… how is it possible that i have ok E2 (26) while on clomid, but higher values when not on it? I though clomid would increase E.
Anyways, not sure what to do…apparently I’m not getting help as second endo says I’m perfectly normal. 12.5mg of clomid per days seems to work on me, just not sure about this self-medication… meh.
Any comments appreciated!
