Low T and Recovery Time

Hello all,
I managed to drive my body into the ground by overtraining/too much life stress. I have been battling low testosterone as a result for two years now, never accepting the fact that I should take time off. Do you think that two weeks off might be all I need to get my t back up? My diet is pretty much spot on and I recently dialed in my peri workout nutrition so hopefully this will make the difference too.
