Yes, I feel much better without the AIā€™s. Not only has my libido come back but my energy levels are up and my overall mood has improved. I would defiantly recommend eliminating the AIā€™s.

TRT is still a puzzle. Some people say that an AI is a must, that you have to keep E2 low. Others say the opposite. If I knew how complicated TRT. I wouldnā€™t ever start

My total is about 150 mg per week, so 50 mg per injection.

What are your numbers, including SHBG?. Do you feel better on EOD than twice a week?. And what was your protocol before?

If you do EOD, some weeks you do 200mg total and other weeks you do 150 mg total

No one can answer anything for you dude. Try it. If what youā€™re doing isnā€™t getting you where you need to be then try something different. No one can tell you if EOD or daily or no AI or whatever is going to make you feel any better. Try something new.

After 2 years on TRT Iā€™m still not optimal, that is why I always ask questions. Sexually I feel worst than before TRT. Sorry to rely on tnation forums, but my Practioner is a big proponent of Anastrazole, and I donā€™t want to use it. I will do 60mg test EOD and Proviron 50 ED for three months.

For the first year I was on 200mg 1xweek. I went into my appointment with some conversion issues (very sensitive nipples). No other issues besides that. The Dr. added 0.5 mg Anastrozole 2xweek. Looking back now that is when my issues began. I did some reading on my own and I switched to 100 mg 2xweek and 0.5mg anastroxole the day after each injection. Still no relief. When I returned to the Dr. he told me to take 1mg of anastrozole 2xweek after injection. Not only did I have no libido but ED was added to the equation. Thatā€™s when I asked the question on this forum and they recommended finding a injection regimen that would eliminate the AI. I changed Dr.'s and found a regimen that I had no conversion issues with. I feel much better now. I do not know what my SHBG levels but My total T was 864 and E was 38.

Yup see if all the time . Keep sharing and helping the stubborn men out there brother. I managed to never take an ai. I was too scared to crash my e2.

Itā€™s only becomes complicated because you have to figure out what works for you, no two people will respond the same.

I donā€™t really care what works for someone else because it doesnā€™t help me figure out my own case.

Is taking me forever to figure out what works for me. I wish I was as lucky as so many guys on TRT, they are having high libido, strong erectionsā€¦

For me AIā€™s is a losing battle, I only win by stopping AI usage.

You seem very knowledgeable, I will like to know what do you you think about adding Proviron into my TRT. My current TRT protocol 200mg test divided in two shots a week and 250 IUā€™s of HCG is not working. My new protocol will be 50mg test EOD, no HCG and 50mg Proviron ED. What do you think ?. Thank very much for your help
