Low Libido/Erections on Nebido

Hi.
I have been on Trt now for 2 years first with gel it did not work.
Then nebido 4ml every 7 weeks with a valley value of 404 ng / dl same with every 6 weeks with elevated estrogen and low t. the doctor changed to 2ml 500mg nebido every 3 weeks but did not feel well on it either valley value before the injection was 950 ng / dl e2 46 shbg I measured 8 months ago 20. I have been on every protocol for 4 months. 2ml Nebido every 4 weeks TT 692 e2 40 still no libido or erections. the doctor who is private in sweden wants to put me on arimidex low dose .125 every week. he says I am estrogen sensitive and must be around e2: 22 a few years ago I took testo e 500mg every 5 days I was watery and did not take arimidex and had very high libido. after that cycle a few months later my libido stopped working ever since.
I have low fat percent fit. testo e is not allowed in sweden. only nebido and gel. the doctor refuses to divide my injections more and you can get problems from the Swedish Medicines Agency in sweden and you have to go and get the injection from the doctor so that they record it to the doctor.
I do not know what to do. read a lot here and most people should feel good about my latest Labs. I prefer not to touch arimidex. nebido has a half-life of 20+ - 6 days. so I still have pretty even levels.
I took .125 last week at the Dr and after 5hours i got tired and very irritable.
What should I do iam geting crazy over this libido issue

Libido is multifaceted, lots of things have to align for there to be libido. Your CAG repeat lengths are an important factor whether or not you get erections and libido on TRT. Sadly getting good erections while having a strong libido on TRT isn’t in the cards for everyone.

I think the problem lies with nebido, it has a well known reputation for not being very effective treatment for low-T in the majority of cases.

Things that affect libido:

  • Obesity
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Poor sleep
  • Medications
  • Stress/depression
  • Low testosterone
  • Infections
  • High prolactin
  • Low thyroid hormones
  • Alcohol & drugs
  • Surgery
  • Heart disease
  • High cholesterol

Yes i also think its nebido becuse before on testo e 500mg week i had crazy libido without arimidex…
Europé sucks with Trt
Do you think i do better with testo gel?
My last option is to buy my own testo e cant live like this…
