Low Free T But Normal Total T

I’ve dealt with this problem for several years and can’t find an answer. Here are my numbers:
Total Testosterone: 654 ng/dl
Free Testosterone: 8.5 mg/mL (9.5-25 normal range)
Estrodial: 16.9 mg/mL

I had gyno removed in the past and has returned. Arimidex was taking for a short period and I did seem to feel better, but the results were most likely from less T binding to estrogen. My joints began hurting as well. No TRT or anything other than prohormones were used in the past. 2 different endocrinologists have no answer for this.
I have had my TSH levels high is the past but they were good the past few times. My total T has gotten up to 900 in the past, but I still felt bad.

I’ve never gotten my shbg checked, but I don’t think that’s an issue. I suffer from all the symptoms of low T.

If anyone knows why this is please let me know!

I’m no expert on TRT and just recently became interested in and learned almost everything from these forums.

My guess is you have too much shgb. Coincidentally I’ve recently had blood work done and have almost the same exact numbers as you do and I also don’t feel full of vigor. i also had decently low estrogen at 22. Went on Axiron for two weeks now and feel barely anything. Getting tested again in a week to see what’s up.

I’m guessing our free T is too low and mine probably still is.
